Peggy Hayson, 58, Cancer Survivor It was July 2008 and Peggys cancer story started as it does for many womenafter a shower, when they notice something that doesnt look quite right. In Peggys instance her mammogram was five years overdue so she made an appointment at Lafayettes imaging department. Her technician was Connie Kalthoff, a fellow hospital employee and friend.
